COPPER RE-DRAW RODS
As a critical component of the Cable manufacturing process and a primary raw-material for manufacturing of Electrical cabling, Copper-re draw rods should be of high-quality and on par with recognized International standards. Our supplier who is the largest producer in the Middle East capable of producing in excess of 200,000 metric tons of rod per year, utilizes class leading Southwire technology (SCR), produced from a continuous casting and hot-rolling process using Electrolytic Tough Pitch (ETP) Copper. All Products are in compliance with ASTM B 49 2010 Standards to produce Continuous cast Copper wire rods with 8mm diameter. Other sizes are also available on request.
COPPER CATHODES
Copper (Cu) Cathodes of our integrated Copper Producer meet the London Metal Exchange (LME) quality requirements for LME Registered “Grade A” Copper cathodes. Copper anodes coming from the smelter are electro-refined to produce cathodes having 99.99% Cu purity, thus conforming to LME grade A. With a level of total impurities of less than 00.01% it is the purest Copper according to EN 1978-Cu-CATH-1 standard.
ALUMINUM RE-DRAW RODS
All Aluminium Re-draw rods are 9.5mm in diameter conforming to ASTM B233, Purity of aluminium – 99.5pct minimum as per CEB standard specifications. Temper – H 14, are suitable for high speed drawing in coils of 2MT, used for the manufacture of electrical & ABC cables, AAAC/ACSR conductors and Binding wire.
ALUMINUM INGOTS
Our Suppliers of Aluminium (Al) Ingots are one of the leading Suppliers in the global Aluminium market who process and sell products from a range of Aluminium Producers. These products include Bauxite, which is the world’s main Aluminium ore; Alumina (an oxide derived from the processed ore), primary Aluminium and Aluminium alloys. We supply Primary un-alloyed, 99.7% min Al, LME Registered Al ingots conforming to P1020A used in the manufacture of EC Grade al re-draw rods conforming to ASTM B233.
GALVANIZED STEEL WIRE
Zinc Coated (Galvanized) Low Carbon Steel Armor Wire is a strong, rust-resistant and multipurpose wire with a protective Zinc coating and has many applications in the Energy sector such as, Bare Conductors, High-Voltage Overhead Transmission and Distribution Lines, Underground Cables, ABC Conductors, Guy Wire etc. For Telecom-related applications, they may be used either singly, or in strands to provide the requisite strength which include applications such as Messenger Wire or Optical Fiber Strength Members. The range of Galvanized Steel Wire supplied by our Manufacturers is a product of the best technology with high finishing smoothness and shine achieved by a Nitrogen Wiping System. All Products are in compliance with International Standards ranging in size from 0.90mm to 3.15mm in diameter.
In addition, our Manufacturers produce a wide range of Steel wires ranging from High Carbon to Low Carbon conforming to various International Standards; Bright and Galvanized Wire(Hot Dip), Spring Steel Wire (all Grades) Mild Steel Wire, LRPC Wire and Strand, Binding Wire, ACSR & ACS Wire and Strands. Our supplies span the entire market i.e. Power, Engineering, Agriculture, Automotive, Telecom and Construction.

LOW RELAXATION PRE-STRESSED CONCRETE STRANDS
Our Suppliers for LRPC are one of the leading producers of high & low carbon steel wires & strands in GCC and manufacture a wide variety of steel wires conforming to both ASTM & BS Standards with LRPC strands ranging from 7.9mm - 18mm in diameter. The Plant in UAE features a manufacturing capacity of 90,000 MTPA of steel wires and strands. The Stress relaxation property of the Steel strands is controlled to a great extent resulting in benefits such as up to 10% reduction in steel requirements, reduction in project cost due to reduction in number ducts/sheathings/wedges as well as a reduction in concrete requirement due to the reduced size of structural members. Applications for LRPC include, Pre-stressed concrete girders for Roads, River & Railway Bridges, Flyovers, Building Slabs, Beam reinforcements, Aqueducts, Railways Sleepers, Nuclear Power Plants etc.
